The 2009 AGM was held on 15 February 2009 at Jubille Hall, near Winchester. Members were told about how 2008 proved fruitful for the club, despite the difficult financial conditions world-wide, with both open shows being hailed a success. Hazel Cannon and Karen White were thanked for their help as they stood down from the committee. Marina Scott, Karen Stanbrook and Sue Ferber were elected onto the committe for 2009 and given a warm welcome.
